Although we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products it is not unheard of for the odd faulty item to slip through the manufacturing process.

Orders leave our Gold Coast warehouse within 24 hours, and you'll get tracking info. Shipping is $9.20 or $12.20 for express in Australia, and $17.80 to New Zealand.

The “Adopt Me” coat is very good quality and really makes my Foster dog stand out when we are walking around the neighbourhood. It is proving to increase his profile, and the concept of Adopting a rescue dog, as well as helping him interact with more people who want to say hello and pat him.

Jacket fits most of the large breed dogs at the rescue well, a little snug on bulkier breeds or overweight dogs. Nice and light so it's not too hot to wear during the day and soft and comfy for the dogs to wear. Very bright and great for getting people's attention to make it clear the dog is looking for a forever home. Postage was really fast too.
We got so much attention on our dogs at the Dog Lovers Show with their awesome jackets on. Postage was really quick too. Great quality
