Exchanges and Returns Welcome

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Friendly Dog Collars AU will provide refunds according to Australian Consumer Laws.

Change of mind

If a customer changes their mind about a purchase, Friendly Dog Collars AU will consider refund according to the following conditions:

  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
  • Your item(s) must still have tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the case of a customer changing their mind, refund or credit may be offered to the value of the item(s) only and will not include shipping expenses.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Friendly Dog Collars AU will offer refund or store credit if our team agrees and an item is:

  • Faulty or is not of acceptable quality.
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you.
  • Not fit for its intended purpose.
  • Unsafe.

Where an item is eligible for a refund of this kind, we will refund the price of the item as well as shipping costs incurred at time of purchase to your original payment method. Eligibility will be assessed on a case by case bases. We will require a full description of the issue and photographic evidence of the concern. Please provide these with as much detail as possible in order to expedite the process.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
