Although we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our products it is not unheard of for the odd faulty item to slip through the manufacturing process.

Orders leave our Gold Coast warehouse within 24 hours, and you'll get tracking info. Shipping is $9.20 or $12.20 for express in Australia, and $17.80 to New Zealand.

My 18 month old deaf cattle dog has been wearing these ever since we realised she was completely deaf (she started in the small size but outgrew it!). It is great to be able to let people know that she is different, as she can sometimes exhibit behaviours that can seem antisocial. I love all of Friendly Dog Collars' Deaf Dog range but the coat is my favourite as I think it attracts the most attention.
