When will my item ship?
Dispatch time is a maximum of 24 hours, orders are sent daily from our Gold Coast Warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs within Australia are $9.20 standard postage and $12.20 express postage
New Zealand $17.80AU up to 500g
Can I pick up my order?
Please contact Jenny to arrange local pickup optional at Bundall, Chevron Island or Surfers Paradise (location arranged on request)
Alternatively, for local Gold Coast delivery please place an order with our stockists at The Savvy Pets Co www.thesavvypet.com
How can I track my order?
Customers receive full tracking information by email and/or text message, and are able to track their parcel online with a unique tracking number.

Do you provide tax invoices?

Orders
Did my order go through?
To confirm your order was successful, you should check your email for a confirmation email. For further assistance, please contact us at Friendly Dog Collars to confirm your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order and provide a full refund before the item has been dispatched (indicated by a tracking number being issued). After the item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel orders. Our returns process will need to be followed in these instances.
My payment is not going through.
If your payment was declined during checkout:
• Check your card number was correctly entered and has sufficient funds
• Contact your bank to ensure there are no holds/blocks placed on the card
• If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us at Friendly Dog Collars
If your payment has been declined by a Buy Now, Pay Later option please contact your service provider directly.
Warranty and return policy
All Friendly Dog Collars products are warranted for 15 years from date of purchase.

When will I get my refund?
If your order is cancelled before the item is dispatched, the refund will be provided within 1 working day. For an item that is returned, if it fits the return requirements the refund will be processed once received.
